"Prior coming to the retreat in Greece, even though I intuitively felt I should come, I was a bit apprehensive about using plant medicine. I've never used it before, so I didn't know what to expect. Laura was happy to answer any questions I had and we had group preparation session before the retreat, so it did help to ease my fear, but there was still a bit discomfort in that regards.

In Greece, the fear was still present, but Laura, Carlos and Wayne created such a safe environment, that eventually I was able to surrender. And I'm glad I did because I feel that something shifted in me on a very deep level. 

A combination of plant medicine and Alchemize is something that makes this retreat really unique. Medicine allows you to "bypass" your logical mind and go deeper into your subconscious/energy field, while Alchemize enables you to work through everything that is brought up by the medicine and go even deeper into healing. I felt really supported by everyone throughout the whole journey and afterwards as well. It brought some new awarenesses and created a new space within me.

And it is worth to mention that the venue was just amazing :) Beautiful villa, stunning view, nice pool, garden with fresh fruits and vegetables, you really couldn't ask for more. Laura and Wayne provided us with fresh, healthy food, we had massages and yoga sessions and it all really helped with the integration on a physical level as well. So on one hand there was very deep healing that was happening, which isn't always the most pleasant thing, but on the other hand we were able to relax and disconnect from the outer world. It was really beautiful on so many levels, and I would definitely do it again."
